Real estate is my passion. As a teenager, many of my summers were spent working on development and construction projects for my family business. I apprenticed with skilled craftsmen and pounded many a nail. As a result, I acquired an invaluable education, technical skills and ground-level insight into building and renovation.
    Post college, my real estate experience expanded into the development business. Spanning from single-family homes and multi-family residential projects to medical offices and flex-industrial developments, I have been intimately involved in all aspects of the business: acquisition, land-use verification, property entitlement, creative and traditional financing, as well as all aspects of the construction, renovation and property management. I also have experience in a wide variety of business structures, such as: private ownerships, limited partnerships and LLCs.
    As a founder and partner of Alpinesky Capital, an independent development company with holdings in Nevada, California, Colorado and Hawaii, I managed all aspects of the portfolio and now leverage this wide spectrum of experience for the benefit of our Paragon clients. As a member of the Paragon Developer Services team, I build community and contribute value to the bottom line. In addition, I provide sound judgment, financial reporting, business analysis and insightful strategy for investment-minded buyers and sellers.
    After 20 years in the field, extensive study and peer review, I have earned the prestigious credential of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Outstanding results are a reality.
