Growing up with a father who was enmeshed in architecture, home building and commercial real estate in the Bay Area, I’ve had a steady diet of beautiful spaces and breathtaking places all my life. I learned the value of ethics, aesthetics and vision from him. Add to that my own enthusiasm for enterprising adventures, an inquiring mind and a real affinity for connecting with people, I was destined to follow in my dad’s footsteps.
    After studying economics at the University of the Pacific, it was time to start channeling my innate abilities, expanding my breadth of knowledge and gaining experience in the business world. Some early tastes of success fueled my enthusiasm for the real estate business. And now 27 years later, a multitude of stellar accomplishments follow me—one of which was the marketing and sale of the award-winning San Francisco mixed-use development, One South Park. Even though I have excelled in a leadership role as the vice president of a successful real estate development firm headquartered in Park City, Utah, I also savor the opportunity to blend with other people’s experience, ideas and energy while collaborating as part of a team at Paragon Real Estate Group.
    When I have free time, I thoroughly enjoy spending it with my two children, challenging myself with a tennis racquet in hand, skiing deep powder in Utah or sailing the Bay whenever the opportunity presents itself. But when I have my work hat on, the many aspects of real estate development, entitlement, marketing and sales are my complete focus. The importance of drawing people together with sometimes disparate objectives is one of the most rewarding challenges I greet each day. Providing the epitome of service, diplomatically negotiating the best possible pricing and terms, while having the highest regard for my clients’ properties, is simply the most important aspect of my career. It’s also what I do best!
