Over the last 24 years, I’ve discovered my gift is building things...beautiful spaces, powerful companies and highly effective groups of people. It’s no surprise that my life plan would include co-founding Paragon Real Estate Group, just so I could flourish in my niche of brokerage, development and innovative marketing. Of course, challenges greet me at the door when I arrive at the office each day. It’s probably due to having set my sights high...build the best locally owned and managed real estate company in San Francisco. Some people might say we’ve already achieved that lofty goal, but I continue to see ways to make improvements in our processes and how to expand our services.
    Even when I’m not at work, I’m still drawn toward improving my neighborhood. If it’s not in a real estate way, it’s in a civic way. As the founder of several charitable organizations in the Bay Area, I seem to have a track record of accurately summing up situations, defining a need, developing a solution and building a team of people who can collectively make a difference...in big and small ways. It’s such a great feeling to collaborate with talented people and be a contributor to the San Francisco landscape and its community.
